Position Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Dance Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching students of varying ages and abilities, with a particular focus on preschool and kindergarten-aged children. This individual will contribute to our inclusive and supportive environment by inspiring creativity, building confidence, and nurturing a love of dance.
Key Responsibilities
Teach dance classes to multiple age groups and skill levels with enthusiasm and proficiency.
Demonstrate a particular passion for teaching preschool and kindergarten-age students.
Offer instruction in various dance styles, including (but not limited to) Ballet, Jazz, Modern, and Hip Hop.
Open and close the studio following established Park Hill Dance Academy procedures.
Maintain proficiency with studio enrollment software such as Dance Studio Pro, as well as Google Suite for administrative tasks.
Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and fellow instructors by providing exceptional communication and customer service.
Follow our established syllabus and teaching format to ensure consistency in student learning and development.
Support the studio beyond teaching, such as assisting with events, engaging with parents, and being a welcoming presence in the studio space.

CPR Certification preferred.
Availability
Must be available to teach two days a week and on weekends.
There is potential for additional hours to support administrative tasks and provide studio assistance as the welcoming face for parents and students.
Compensation:
Independent Contractor
Part Time: 2 - 10 hours per week
Starting Pay $30 per hour for first 90 days with opportunity to increase based on performance
